Who we are

Tavin Studio is a brand of Bitfire Tecnologia LTDA, CNPJ 60.287.664/0001-05, based in Brazil. We are the controller of the data processed on our websites and platform, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).

Data we collect

• Contact details you send us, such as name, email and phone number.
• Platform usage data, such as sign-ins and actions taken in the dashboard.
• Data from Google accounts you connect to the platform, such as Business Profile information and metrics and Google Analytics data, only with your authorization.

How we use data

We use data to provide the services you contract: showing metrics in your dashboard, updating your Business Profile when you request it, replying to inquiries and billing. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Google account data

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use this data only to provide the platform features you use, do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and do not use it to train artificial intelligence models. You can revoke access at any time atmyaccount.google.com/permissions.

Sharing

We share data only with providers needed to run the service, such as hosting, email and payment providers, under confidentiality obligations.

Storage and security

Data is stored with cloud providers using encryption in transit and at rest. We keep data while a contract is active and for as long as the law requires; after that, it is deleted.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing gustavo@tavin.dev. We reply within 15 days.
